Supply of Educational Materials for Students

This contract involves the delivery of textbooks, educational sets, and access to electronic textbooks for free use by students from grades I to XII at the "Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov" Secondary School in Silistra for the 2025/2026 academic year. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 includes the supply of textbooks and educational sets published by "Prosveta - Sofia" AD and "Prosveta Plus" AD, while Lot 2 includes those published by "Klet Bulgaria" OOD. The quantities required will be detailed in specific requests to each publisher. Deliveries will be made to the address: Silistra, 38 Drastar Street. The contract is valid until September 30, 2025, with the main delivery deadline set for September 5, 2025, in accordance with the schedule approved by the Minister of Education and Science. All supplied textbooks and educational sets must be new, unused, and properly packaged, complying with the approved lists by the Ministry of Education. The transportation and loading/unloading activities will be carried out by the contractor. The buyer reserves the right to order more than the estimated quantity of textbooks and notebooks based on new student enrollments during the academic year. If additional textbooks, notebooks, and electronic textbooks are needed, the buyer reserves the right to issue an 'Option for Additional Quantities' through an additional agreement to the public procurement contract.
