Car Repair and Maintenance Services for VITAL S.A.

VITAL S.A. is seeking suppliers to provide maintenance, inspections, and repairs for its vehicles as detailed in the specifications document. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot I covers cars and light commercial vehicles under 3.5 tons; Lot II covers commercial vehicles over 3.5 tons; and Lot III includes backhoe loaders and mini excavators. The framework agreement will last for two years from the signing date. Services may include, but are not limited to: a) Preventive maintenance services such as periodic technical inspections and maintenance of systems and components; b) Corrective maintenance services including mechanical and/or electrical repairs, bodywork repairs or replacements, tinwork, painting, anti-corrosion treatments, and replacements of windshields and side windows. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information no later than 12 days before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests are submitted within the specified timeframe, which is 20 days before the offer submission deadline.
