Procurement of Tires for Vehicles

This procurement opportunity involves the acquisition of tires for vehicles operated by the National Police. The contract will be established as a framework agreement for a fixed term, lasting until the end of the 24th month from the effective date or until the net amount of 100,000,000 HUF is reached, whichever comes first. The framework agreement will come into effect the day after the exhaustion of the previous framework agreement (contract number 29022-152/798/2024) and will remain valid until the net amount of 100,000,000 HUF is exhausted or for a maximum of 24 months from the effective date. If the framework amount is not exhausted before the end of the 24th month, the Buyer may extend the duration of the framework agreement for an additional 12 months with a written notice at least 30 days before the end of the 24th month, provided the Seller confirms this extension in writing within 10 days. No direct orders that exceed the framework amount can be initiated or validated under this framework agreement. The Buyer has no pre-committed procurement obligations under this framework agreement.
