Building Maintenance and Repair Services for the City of Plessis-Robinson

The contract involves the overall operation and maintenance of technical installations and equipment for the City of Plessis-Robinson. It is not divided into lots. The contract consists of two main parts: The first part focuses on the management and routine maintenance of the city's technical installations and equipment, which includes a firm phase and an optional phase, both treated at a fixed global price. The second part pertains to major maintenance and renewal of the technical installations and equipment across the city's sites, which will be handled through purchase orders. The estimated annual value of the contract, including all phases and services, is approximately €1,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum total value of the contract over its entire duration, including all phases and services, is set at €4,000,000 excluding VAT. The contract will commence upon notification and is set for a duration of one year from the start date of the services, with the possibility of three automatic renewals for the same duration.
