Comprehensive Travel Organization Services for Business Missions

This contract involves the comprehensive organization of travel for entrepreneurs participating in business missions. The contract is divided into three parts, allowing suppliers to submit offers for one, two, or all three parts. PART 1: This part focuses on organizing the participation of entrepreneurs in business missions within Europe. It includes the organization of 4 business missions, each covering advisory services, organization, and support for the missions, which consist of: 1) flight tickets, 2) hotel services with breakfast and airport transfers abroad, 3) insurance, and 4) event tickets (if applicable). There is an option to organize up to 8 additional missions under the same terms. Each mission will involve a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 participants. PART 2: This part covers the organization of business missions outside of Europe. It includes the organization of 8 business missions, each with similar services as in Part 1, plus the provision of a local guide/resident at the mission destination (if applicable). An option to organize up to 10 additional missions is also available. Each mission will involve a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 participants. PART 3: This part involves organizing visits for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to Polish embassies, consulates, or chambers worldwide. It includes the organization of 2 visits, each covering similar services as in the previous parts, plus the provision of meal cost allowances. An option to organize up to 2 additional visits is also available. Each visit will involve 8 participants. Detailed task descriptions for the contractor are provided in the SOPZ, which is an attachment to the SWZ (depending on the part). The contracting authority, Bydgoska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego sp. z o.o., is conducting this procurement on behalf of itself and the contracting authority, the Metropolia Bydgoszcz association, for Part 3 of the contract.
