Renovation of Hesselberg-Süd Primary School in Wittelshofen

The project involves the complete renovation of the two-story section of the Hesselberg-Süd Primary School, built in 1973, which is currently in use. The upper floor will be designated for the primary school, while the ground floor will accommodate a two-group kindergarten and all-day care services. The renovation process includes the demolition of the entrance area, creating a new side access on the ground floor for temporary school use during the upper floor renovation, constructing a new entrance building, and renovating the upper floor. Additionally, a fire escape will be added on the west side for contractor access, and the flat roof will undergo complete renovation. Once the new entrance building is completed, the school will move to the new upper floor, after which the ground floor will be renovated for the all-day care and kindergarten.
