Detailed specifications and requirements are outlined in the project documentation, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works, and work quantities (supplementing Attachment No. 7 to the Terms of Reference). It is important to note that the attached quantities are only a supplementary element for determining the bid price and are not binding; the required scope of work is defined in the project documentation. According to the contract conditions, the contractor is obliged to execute the contract in accordance with the project documentation, technical knowledge principles, applicable regulations, and technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works – within a lump-sum price. The contracting authority requires contractors to conduct a site visit at their own expense, at times agreed upon with the director of the institution. This procurement is part of a project implemented by the Artistic Education Center in Warsaw titled "Expansion, Reconstruction, and Renovation of Concert Halls in Artistic Schools in Poland," co-financed by EU funds under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment Program 2021-2027. Financial settlement conditions are specified in the contract template. The contracting authority, in accordance with the requirements of Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, requires a statement (according to the template in Attachment No. 9 to the Terms of Reference) regarding the employment of individuals in the positions described in Attachment No. 7 to the Terms of Reference, based on an employment contract. The contracting authority may, within the limits permitted by applicable regulations, verify the accuracy of the submitted statement and may request information and documents confirming the employment of the indicated individuals under an employment contract. Detailed information on the verification process is included in the contract. Warranty: a) The warranty period for the completed construction works and installed devices and materials is a minimum of 60 months, starting from the date of signing the final protocol. Extending the warranty period by the contractor (up to a maximum of 90 months) is one of the criteria for evaluating bids, and the contracting authority informs that the scoring method for the proposed warranty period is specified later in the procurement specifications. b) By providing a warranty, the contractor ensures free warranty inspections during the warranty period for the entire subject of the contract, and should include these costs in their remuneration. Inspections will take place at least once a year, unless the manufacturer's warranty for a given material requires more frequent inspections.
