Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: The quantities specified in the specifications are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. These quantities have been estimated based on average consumption from previous years. Subsequent contracts will be awarded quarterly, depending on the needs of the contracting authority. Note: The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests are made within the timeframe specified in Section I of the Data Sheet, namely 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
