Romania – Fertilizers and Nitrogen Compounds – Framework Agreement for Supply – Spring Fertilizers 4 Lots

The framework agreement involves the supply of urea, complex fertilizers 15.15.15, ammonium sulfate, and foliar fertilizers from the supplier's warehouses, with payment terms established in the subsequent procurement contract. The procurement is organized into lots as follows: Lot 1 – UREA – estimated value between 355,500 and 711,000 lei excluding VAT; The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract for Lot 1 is 177,750 lei excluding VAT; The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract for Lot 1 is 355,500 lei excluding VAT; Lot 2 – COMPLEX FERTILIZERS 15.15.15 – estimated value between 54,750 and 328,500 lei excluding VAT; The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract for Lot 2 is 26,280 lei excluding VAT; The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract for Lot 2 is 164,250 lei excluding VAT; Lot 3 – AMMONIUM SULFATE – estimated value between 456,000 and 912,000 lei excluding VAT; The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract for Lot 3 is 228,000 lei excluding VAT; The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract for Lot 3 is 456,000 lei excluding VAT; Lot 4 – FOLIAR FERTILIZERS – estimated value between 216,500 and 482,000 lei excluding VAT; The estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract for Lot 4 is 108,250 lei excluding VAT; The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract for Lot 4 is 216,500 lei excluding VAT; The estimated value excluding VAT of the Framework Agreement: between 1,082,750 and 2,433,500 Currency: RON The maximum and minimum quantities related to the framework agreement are according to the specifications. The maximum and minimum quantities related to the subsequent contracts of the framework agreement are according to the specifications. Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: The quantities specified in the specifications are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. These quantities have been estimated based on average consumption from previous years. Subsequent contracts will be awarded quarterly, depending on the needs of the contracting authority. Note: The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, provided that these requests are made within the timeframe specified in Section I of the Data Sheet, namely 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
