Centralized Purchase of Personal Vehicles

The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic is seeking suppliers for the delivery of personal motor vehicles in category 2A, specifically automatic gasoline vehicles. Each vehicle must include: • 2 keys or remote controls; • a second set of tires (summer or winter, depending on the delivery date) or one or two sets of all-season tires, including rims. The exact number of sets for all-season tires will be specified in the individual purchase contract. Additionally, the following documents must be provided: • a manual for operation and maintenance in Czech; • a service book for the vehicle; • the original vehicle registration certificate; • a CoC document if applicable; • a technical inspection report or certificate of technical suitability; • a detailed breakdown of operational and maintenance requirements (if not included in the service book); • any other accompanying documents in Czech. Service provision for the delivered vehicles may be required as specified in the individual purchase contract. The expected number of vehicles to be procured during the framework agreement is 94, with a maximum limit of 112 vehicles. The execution of the contract will occur throughout the duration of the framework agreement based on individual purchase contracts in accordance with public procurement law.
