This procurement opportunity involves the following key components: (i) the supply of a pressurized hydrogen filling station designed for refueling vehicles powered by gaseous hydrogen, located at ČSPH ORLEN Benzina, Novopacká 65, 193 00 Prague 9 (GPS: 50.124679, 14.614966); (ii) construction work related to the establishment of this pressurized hydrogen filling station on land parcels 4036/35 and 4036/277 (other area), in the cadastral area of Horní Počernice, Prague, which are registered in the real estate cadastre maintained by the Cadastral Office for the Capital City of Prague, cadastral workplace Prague, on ownership sheet no. 2821. The land parcels 4036/35 and 4036/277 are owned by the contracting authority. (iii) design and engineering activities, which include the following steps and the preparation of relevant documents: a) Documentation for changes to the building before completion with obtaining permits; b) Documentation for construction execution; c) Documentation for the actual construction execution; d) Author supervision; e) Revision; f) Final inspection. (iv) maintenance services related to the supplied pressurized hydrogen filling stations.
