Project Manager for Grant Management Services

KS Digital AS is seeking proposals for a project manager to oversee the development of a new digital service for grant management in the public sector. This project aims to replace the existing Regionalforvaltning.no system, which is currently managed by an external supplier and owned by the Ministry of Local Government and District (KDU). The new service will enhance the administration of various grant schemes, including those for municipalities, counties, private individuals, and health companies. Key tasks include announcing grants, handling cases, awarding funds, conducting oversight, and assessing outcomes. The goal is to create a more efficient workflow through standardization, streamlining, and automation, while also increasing transparency in grant resource usage. The project organization was established in autumn 2024, and initial phases have included gathering insights, engaging in market dialogue, and preparing architectural sketches. Technical development is set to begin in Autumn 2025, with an expanded project team. The current project manager's contract will end in June 2025.
