Supply of Various Medicines - Framework Agreement

This framework agreement is for the supply of medicines under the CANAMED program. The quantities related to this agreement are detailed in section "II.2 List of Lots". Subsequent contracts will typically be awarded on a semi-annual basis, but may also be concluded monthly or quarterly depending on needs and budget allocation for this purpose. The minimum and maximum quantities for each subsequent contract are specified in "II.2 List of Lots". Suppliers have 16 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications in a clear and complete manner on the 10th day before the submission deadline. All clarification requests must be sent through SEAP.
