Laboratory Reagents Supply for Medical Diagnostic Laboratory

This contract involves the ongoing supply of laboratory reagents for immunochemical testing, control materials, and consumables, along with the leasing of immunochemical analyzers for the Medical Diagnostic Laboratory of the Health Care Team No. 2 in Rzeszów. The contract duration is 36 months. A detailed list of the required products and their quantities is provided in Annex 1 of the procurement documentation, titled 'Assortment and Price Form.' Additionally, the minimum technical specifications and other requirements for the execution of the contract are outlined in the 'Description of the Subject of the Order' form, which is Annex 2 to this procurement documentation. The attachments are integral parts of the procurement specifications. The complete assortment listed in Annexes 1 and 2 must be provided; failure to include any item from the annexes will result in the rejection of the offer.
