The supplier will deliver the products by the contract deadline, in the quantities requested by the contracting authority, and meeting the minimum characteristics/specifications outlined in the specifications document. According to Article 160 of Law 98/2016, amended by OUG 107/2017, interested economic operators must request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, amended by OUG 107/2017, the contracting authority will respond on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
