Supply of Medical and Hematological Products

This contract involves the delivery of medical products according to 63 specified packages to the buyer's location at Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków. The products must have a minimum validity or warranty period of 12 months from the delivery date. The supplier is required to conduct training for the buyer's staff at their location, coinciding with the first delivery to the Hospital Pharmacy, within a written agreement timeframe, but no later than 30 days from the contract signing. The supplier must provide an attendance list of trained users, confirming their presence, to the Hospital Pharmacy within 5 working days after the training. The buyer reserves the right to request samples of the offered products during the evaluation phase to test and verify the supplier's technical or professional capabilities to fulfill the contract. The supplier will bear the associated costs. Additional contract conditions are outlined in the draft agreement, which is attached as Annex 3 to the Specification.
