Procurement of Computer Equipment

This contract involves the purchase of computer equipment, divided into several parts: 1) Part I - 200 units of AIO desktop computers, 2) Part II - 200 units of AIO desktop computers, 3) Part III - 179 units of AIO desktop computers, 4) Part IV - 79 laptops and 20 monitors, 5) Part V - 76 monochrome A4 multifunction devices and 15 color A4 multifunction devices, 6) Part VI - 48 monochrome A3 multifunction devices and 53 color A3 multifunction devices. All computer and multifunction devices must comply with the technical specifications and warranty conditions outlined in Annex 1 of the draft contract terms. The contractor will deliver and install the purchased devices at the locations specified by the buyer in Annex 3 of the contract.
