Drywall Construction at Zeppelinstraße 5, Learning Site Zeppelinfeld

The City of Nuremberg is undertaking a significant project at the former Nazi Party Rally Grounds, which holds national historical importance. The Dutzendteich train station will serve as the main access point for visitors to the Learning Site Zeppelinfeld. The project area includes the former train station building, which features an open platform hall (west wing), a two-story central building, and a single-story east wing, along with the associated outdoor facilities. The property is located on the northeast side along the tracks of Deutsche Bahn and is bordered by Zeppelinstraße to the southwest (total length of approximately 220 meters, width between approximately 18.0 meters and 38.0 meters). The green and traffic area located between Beuthener and Zeppelinstraße can be included in the planning for pathways but is otherwise not part of the planning area. The building itself measures approximately 72.0 meters in total length; the wing buildings are about 11.0 and 13.0 meters wide, while the central building is approximately 17.0 meters wide. The platform hall and the single-story east wing are not basement-level, while the central building is two stories and has a basement. The work involves drywall construction, including drywall walls, ceilings, subfloors, acoustic front walls, openings or built-in components in drywall, and scaffolding.
