    Brief

The sludge has a moisture content of 96-97.6% (average 96.8%) and contains 50-67% organic matter (average 59.0%). The average sludge volume is 890 m3 per day, with a pH range of 6.5-7.9. The dewatering process will utilize two Gea Westfalia decanter centrifuges, model UCF 466-00-35, each with a maximum capacity of 35 m3/h. These centrifuges operate with a single flocculant station that has a maximum output of 4,000 liters per hour. There are four centrifuges and two flocculant stations installed at the Mechanical Sludge Dewatering Station, which are supplied with potable water. The equipment operates continuously. The expected quantity to be supplied is 250,000 kg of powdered poly-electrolyte.
