This contract involves the design and construction services for the project "Expansion, modernization, and enhancement of diagnostic capacity through high-quality imaging at the MAVROMATI Botoșani County Emergency Hospital." The selected contractor will provide all necessary design services and related tasks required for the approval, authorization, and execution of the project. Key tasks include: 1. Preparing documentation for obtaining necessary approvals, including fire safety approval; 2. Developing technical documentation for the construction permit; 3. Creating the technical project and execution details; 4. Preparing economic documentation; 5. Providing technical assistance during construction. The project is divided into two lots: Lot 1 involves constructing a pediatric building in Botoșani, and Lot 2 involves constructing a hospital building in Săveni. The estimated value for Lot 1 is approximately 317.7 million lei, and for Lot 2, it is approximately 80 million lei. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests 25 days before the deadline.
