Software and Information Systems for Student Information System (SIS)

This European procurement aims to establish a contract with a single suitable contractor for a license (user rights) for users of Fierder Onderwijs. Fierder Onderwijs will start with three databases that need to be integrated into one database at the beginning of the service. The bidder should assume three databases in their proposal but also provide optional costs for migrating to a single database. Currently, the client uses student information system applications from Magister and Somtoday. The goal is to transition from two different SIS systems to a single, uniform system. The estimated value of the contract is approximately €200,000 per year, with around €80,000 in implementation costs. The total estimate amounts to approximately €1,680,000 for 8 years, excluding VAT, based on current costs at the 2024 price level.
