Brief
This contract involves construction and maintenance work at properties owned or rented by the client in Oulu, Muhos, Liminka, and Kempele. The work is based on specific needs and includes various tasks outlined in the tender request. The framework agreement covers: • Construction work (including general construction, HVAC, and electrical work) • Renovation work • Duct cleaning • Maintenance and repair of building-related equipment • HVAC equipment maintenance. The construction tasks may include space modifications, indoor air quality improvements, and various repairs throughout the year. The work will be funded by OSAO and will be carried out based on the current funding situation. The client is not obligated to order any specific work; tasks will be performed based on separate requests from the client. The client has divided the properties into three service areas: Service Area 1: • Kotkantie 1 (Oulu) • Kotkantie 2 (Oulu) Service Area 2: • Asemakyläntie 5 and Ammattitie 1 (Haukipudas) • Kiviharjuntie 4–6 (Oulu) Service Area 3: • Niittyrannantie 5, Piriläntie 145, and Helpikuja 2 (Kempele) • Iivarinpolku 2 (Liminka) • Kirkkotie 1 and Matokorventie 175 (Muhos) • Metsäkouluntie 8 (Vallinranta). Additionally, the client may procure services for other properties or facilities managed by them.
