Foreign Exchange Payment Services for Irish Universities

This contract opportunity is for the provision of foreign exchange payment services for several higher education institutions in Ireland, including University College Cork, Maynooth University, University of Limerick, Dublin City University, University of Galway, Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin, and Technological University Dublin. These universities handle a large volume of payments to both domestic and international suppliers each year. The goal of this project is to find a service provider that can streamline the processing of foreign exchange payments while ensuring cost-effectiveness, either through a fixed low cost or zero cost per transaction, or by setting a ceiling on the foreign exchange margin over the market rate. Interested and qualified service providers are invited to complete the attached pre-qualification questionnaire to demonstrate their capabilities.
