Architectural and Engineering Services for Hansasilta Renovation 2026

This contract opportunity is for the procurement of technical design services for the renovation of Hansasilta and Hansahalli in Helsinki. We invite suppliers to submit bids for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), RAU (refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation), or electrical design services. Each service will be evaluated separately. Hansasilta is a 100-meter-long shopping bridge connecting various parts of Itäkeskus over Gotlanninkatu, Itäväylä, and Itäkatu, serving as a pedestrian link between Lyypekinaukio, southern shopping centers of Itäkeskus, Easton, and Itis. Hansahalli is a glass-steel and concrete structure that connects the street level of Lyypekinaukio to the pedestrian level of Hansasilta. The scope of design tasks will be defined in the attached task lists and design program in the tender documents. Tasks include those specified in TATE18 (RT 10-11290) sections E–J, along with any additional tasks that may arise. Warranty period tasks will be agreed upon separately.
