The procurement is divided into four lots: Lot 1 includes 63 A3 scanners, Lot 2 includes 49 A4 scanners, Lot 3 includes 372 A3 color multifunction printers (357 for PICCJ and 15 for DNA), and Lot 4 includes 623 A4 color multifunction printers for PICCJ. All equipment must come with a minimum 3-year onsite warranty starting from the date of delivery. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 18 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests on the 11th day before the deadline. Clarification requests must be submitted through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
