Vegetation Removal Works in Romania – Access Roads and Side Bridges – 3-Year Framework Agreement

The need for this work arises from technical reviews conducted in 2022, which revealed that many county road sections lack side bridges, leading to illegal blockages of rainwater drainage systems. The framework agreement aims to restore access to lateral roads and maintain the continuity of drainage systems. The estimated value of the framework agreement ranges from 93,523.25 lei (minimum) to 6,831,698.33 lei (maximum), with subsequent contracts ranging from 42,791.61 lei (minimum) to 1,138,616.46 lei (maximum). Interested suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all inquiries by the 12th day before the submission deadline.
