IT Services for Housing Register System

The Landsbyggefonden ("Buyer") is seeking proposals for the delivery and operation of the Housing Register System, a Master Data System, and an ESDH System, along with the maintenance and further development of all three systems. The contract includes the provision and management of the Housing Register, which contains information about tenants and properties in the public sector. The system will be operated in the Supplier's environment. Additionally, the contract involves the delivery of a system for managing the Master Data Register, which is a register of all public housing in Denmark. This register primarily receives data from the Social and Housing Authority's BOSSINF system and serves as the basis for all of the Buyer's self-service solutions, with data also shared with various recipients, including Statistics Denmark. This system will be operated in the Buyer's IT environment. Furthermore, the contract includes the delivery of an ESDH system for managing the Buyer's case and journal index, which will also be operated in the Buyer's IT environment. The Buyer has several focus areas for these systems, particularly emphasizing data quality, optimal operation, and accessibility and integration with other systems. Timely delivery and stable operation will always be prioritized over new, untested functionalities. These systems impose strict requirements on the Supplier regarding data integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility. The Supplier is expected to continuously test and ensure the integrity and completeness of the data processed in the systems. The Supplier must ensure that the systems can be moved and migrated to another operational environment without unnecessary complications if the Buyer requests such a change during the contract period. The contract also requires the Supplier to maintain the systems and ensure they function correctly. Additionally, the Supplier must ensure that the Master Data System and ESDH System are optimally operated in the Buyer's IT environment throughout the contract duration.
