Electricity Supply for Military Properties in Poland

This contract involves the supply and sale of electricity to 175 properties managed by the Regional Branch of the Military Property Agency in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The contract will last for 24 months from the date of signing. The properties are located in Leźnica Wielka, Łask, Łódź, Skierniewice, Zgierz, and Regny, with an estimated total electricity consumption of 374,364 kWh over 24 months for 174 properties in tariff group G11, and 1,752 kWh for 1 property in tariff group C12a. The buyer will have contracts for electricity distribution services with the appropriate Distribution System Operator. The listed properties have metering and settlement systems owned by the operator and are compliant with Third Party Access (TPA) conditions. The contractor will be responsible for all procedures related to changing the electricity supplier, with the buyer providing the necessary authorization. The estimated electricity consumption is indicative for comparing offers and does not obligate the buyer to purchase the specified amount. The contractor cannot claim any compensation for the buyer not consuming the estimated amount of electricity. The supply of electricity will be governed by the Energy Law of April 10, 1997, and its implementing regulations. The buyer specifies a minimum contract execution level of no less than 50% of the contract value. The contractor must ensure continuous electricity supply according to the applicable quality standards for customer service. The buyer will use the purchased electricity for its own purposes. This procurement is not divided into parts to maintain competitiveness, as offers can be submitted by companies operating nationwide. All supply points are located within the service area of a single electricity distributor, and having multiple contracts in this area would complicate coordination for both the buyer and the contractor. A single sales contract for all supply points is beneficial for the buyer, ensuring rational and efficient use of public funds.
