    Brief

This contract involves the isolation and concentration of staphylococcal anatoxins from culture media, along with the standardization of developed procedures. The buyer will provide culture media containing anatoxins obtained as hemolysins during the cultivation of specific vaccine bacterial strains of staphylococci. Specifically, the contract pertains to inactivated alpha, beta, and possibly delta hemolysins if present in the media. We require the development of technology for the isolation and purification of these anatoxins from the supplied culture media. The developed technology will be standardized for potential commercial production in compliance with GMP requirements. Additionally, the service will include the development of technology for concentrating the isolated and purified anatoxins. The concentration process technology will also be standardized for potential commercial production under GMP standards. The deliverables will include documentation for points a) and b), as well as proposed methodologies for quality control tests applicable to these intermediates in production. Another deliverable will be the provision of samples of concentrated anatoxins obtained according to points a) and b). A total of 10 ml of concentrate with documentation will be provided for each anatoxin.
