The Satu Mare County Hospital is seeking to procure dialysis supplies as detailed in the attached specifications. This procurement aims to meet the increasing needs of both chronic and acute dialysis patients, with approximately 400 dialysis sessions conducted monthly. The contract will involve an open bidding procedure due to the estimated value exceeding 1,042,363.00 lei, indicating a high level of complexity. The winning supplier will be required to provide 10 dialysis machines, including 5 double pump machines and 5 single pump machines, for the Dialysis Station, along with free servicing and maintenance for a period of 36 months. A framework agreement will be established for 36 months, with an estimated minimum of 1 and a maximum of 12 subsequent contracts to be awarded annually, depending on the hospital's needs and available funding. The maximum estimated quantity in the framework agreement may be increased if justified, in accordance with public procurement regulations.
