Psychiatric Medical Services for Police in Toruń

This contract involves providing psychiatric medical services for the needs of the Municipal Police Headquarters (KMP) in Toruń and other police units in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The detailed description of the services required, including the scope and quantity, is specified by the contracting authority in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference and in the draft contract provisions (Annex 3 to the Terms of Reference). The quantities mentioned are estimates, and the actual number of services will depend on the real needs of the contracting authority, but will not be less than 50% of the contract value. The contract includes round-the-clock medical services for detained individuals brought in by officers, to be provided 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The facility where the medical services will be provided must be located within the administrative boundaries of Toruń County or the city of Toruń. Treatment of detained individuals is not included in this contract and is covered by public health insurance. The contracting authority does not allow partial bids.
