The property is located in Bucharest on Nicolae Bălcescu Boulevard, covering an area of 785 square meters, and consists of two connected building bodies with a height of S+P+9E, housing 41 private apartments and two other spaces. The building is not listed as a historical monument but is included in a protected urban area due to its architectural and cultural significance. The project is part of the 2025 provisional budget for the Municipal Administration for Reinforcement of Seismic Risk Buildings. Suppliers can request clarifications until 18 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification 11 days before the bid submission deadline.
