Romania – Medicines for the Nervous System – Supply of Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Medicines

The contracting authority aims to meet the identified needs within the hospital by procuring the medicines listed in section II.2. The supplied medicines are essential for patient care as they directly influence medical treatment, patient satisfaction, and outcomes. This procurement process is based on the necessity report no. 5234/09.03.2023 prepared by Pharmacist Adriana Hagau, approved and endorsed by DFC, and authorized by the management of SJUSM. The frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded will be annual or as needed, depending on the number of hospital admissions. For each lot, the estimated minimum and maximum quantities will be in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Terms of Reference. The maximum quantity for the largest subsequent contract will be the maximum quantity for 12 months. The deadline for the contracting authority to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information will be 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with Article 160 in conjunction with Article 161 of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions. Suppliers can request clarifications up to 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers/applications.
