Romania – Educational Materials – Procurement of Specific Teaching Equipment and Materials for School Cabinets

This contract aims to supply and deliver specific teaching materials for school cabinets as part of the project 'Equipping rural pre-university educational institutions and related units in Covasna County with furniture, teaching materials, and digital equipment.' Teaching materials will be procured for 20 pre-university educational institutions and one related unit. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, in accordance with Article 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments. The deadline for submitting clarification requests by economic operators is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarifications/additional information from economic operators 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (2) and Article 161 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments. NOTE: The response time for clarifications does not affect the right of economic operators to submit clarification requests throughout the entire period from the date of publication of the Participation Announcement until the 20-day deadline prior to the offer submission deadline. If clarification requests/additional information have been submitted within the specified timeframe, the contracting authority's responses along with the relevant questions will be published in SEAP, in accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (3) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments. The contracting authority will not respond to requests for clarifications/additional information submitted by economic operators through any other means of communication or outside the established timeframe.
