Medical Imaging Equipment Supply Contract

This is a framework agreement for the supply of medical imaging equipment, specifically ultrasound and Doppler devices, under the code CPV: 33112000-8. Suppliers are invited to submit their offers based on the quantities and minimum technical specifications outlined in the tender documents. Clarifications can be requested up to 18 days before the submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond 11 days prior to the deadline. The minimum value of the framework agreement is 1,350,000 lei (excluding VAT), with a maximum value of 2,700,000 lei (excluding VAT). Each subsequent contract will also have a minimum value of 1,350,000 lei and a maximum of 2,700,000 lei (excluding VAT). The largest subsequent contract will be valued at 1,350,000 lei (excluding VAT). It is estimated that subsequent contracts will be awarded annually.
