Electricity Procurement for Municipalities in Päijät-Häme

This contract involves the competitive tendering for an electricity sales agreement for the municipalities in the Päijät-Häme region. The outcome will determine the margins and terms of the electricity supplier. Electricity will be billed monthly, with pricing based on the supplier's margins, hourly spot delivery, and adjustments made to mitigate price risks through capacity-based price fixes. Additionally, the pricing will consider the current volume fees for production and consumption from the grid company Fingrid, as well as the applicable location-specific fees from Datahub. A list of customers is provided in Appendix 1, which includes an assessment of electricity usage.
