Supply of Microsoft Software and Consulting Services for Public Administration

This contract involves the delivery of Microsoft software under a group licensing agreement, or equivalent products, along with consulting support for public administration units as specified in the attached documents. The framework agreement will allow for the selection of a Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) to procure and deliver all types of licenses, updates, and subscriptions for software, as well as provide consulting support. The contract includes the following categories of products and services: 1) licenses (sublicenses); 2) license updates; 3) subscriptions; 4) consulting support from the contractor. Detailed descriptions and execution methods are outlined in the attached documents. The contracting authority anticipates entering into a framework agreement as per the relevant procurement law. The authority will not reimburse costs incurred in the bidding process, including costs for obtaining a qualified electronic signature. Electronic catalogs are not permitted as part of the bids. The authority may cancel the procurement process if the funds intended for the contract are not allocated. The contractor must have authorization to sell the offered products and provide services under the group licensing agreement. The authority intends to purchase government licenses from the MPSA program. The contracting authority allows for equivalent solutions to be offered when specific brands or patents are mentioned. Personal data may be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
