Construction of Wastewater Sewerage System in Nicseni, Botosani

The project involves the design and execution of a potable water supply system and a wastewater sewerage system in the localities of Nicseni and Dorobanti, Botosani County. This includes the design phase, technical verification, and technical assistance, as well as the construction of potable water supply networks, including connections, a water pumping station, and hydrants, as well as gravity and pressure sewer networks with wastewater pumping stations and modular treatment plants. The project will be executed in two phases, with funding for the first phase secured from the Anghel Saligny program and the local budget for both the water supply and sewerage systems. The second phase will commence after the first phase is completed, depending on the availability of additional funds. Construction will be based on two building permits issued for each phase. Site visits are allowed at any time without prior notice to the authority. If potential bidders request a site visit within the specified timeframe in SEAP, it will be conducted once in the presence of authority representatives, with at least 2 days' notice communicated in SEAP before the visit. Clarifications can be requested up to 18 days before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification in a clear and complete manner on the 10th day before the bid submission deadline, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 98/2016.
