    Brief

    This contract involves the expansion of an existing block data storage system located in two sites in Warsaw and Radom, Poland. The key components of the project include: 1) For each location, the supplier will: a) Develop and deliver a Technical Project as per the requirements outlined in Chapter III of Volume III of the Terms of Reference; b) Supply software and hardware necessary for the project, including unloading, meeting the specifications in Chapter VI of Volume III; c) Provide standard software with a manufacturer's warranty as specified in Chapter VIII of Volume III; d) Implement the system according to the requirements in Chapter IV of Volume III; e) Prepare and deliver documentation as required in Chapter III of Volume III; f) Grant the buyer a license for the software as per the terms of the contract; g) Provide warranty services as described in Chapter VIII of the Terms of Reference. 2) Under the option right: a) Develop and deliver a Technical Project as per the requirements in Chapter III of Volume III; b) Supply one storage array that meets the specifications in Chapter VII of Volume III; c) Provide standard software with a manufacturer's warranty as specified in Chapter VIII of Volume III; d) Supply replication software with a manufacturer's warranty as specified in Chapter VIII of Volume III; e) Implement the system according to the requirements in Chapter IV of Volume III; f) Prepare and deliver documentation as required in Chapter III of Volume III; g) Provide warranty services as described in Chapter VIII of the Terms of Reference; h) Offer Technical Assistance for up to 100 hours as per the requirements in Chapter X of Volume III; i) Conduct training as specified in Chapter IX of Volume III.
