The right to the option is realized by the contracting authority through the conclusion of an additional agreement to the contract based on Article 116, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, within up to 24 (twenty-four) months from the conclusion of the contract. The contracting authority is not obliged to realize the option for additional quantities. A detailed description of the containers and RFID cards and the requirements for their execution are specified in the technical specification attached to the documentation. The total estimated value of the public procurement, with the option for additional quantities, is 621,640.00 (six hundred twenty-one thousand six hundred forty) leva excluding VAT. The estimated value of the public procurement without the option for additional quantities is 215,250.00 (two hundred fifteen thousand two hundred fifty) leva excluding VAT.
