Architectural Services for Building Project in Prague

This contract involves the commitment of the contractor, acting as the main architect of the project, to properly and timely execute the work for the client under the terms of this contract. Key responsibilities include: (a) obtaining all necessary documents, materials, or other information, particularly from designated representatives, suppliers, or intermediaries as specified by the client. This includes gathering data required for the construction proposal, project documentation, and obtaining necessary zoning and building permits. The contractor must ensure that the project is executed smoothly and without unnecessary costs, in accordance with the approved zoning decision, building permit, and relevant legal regulations in the Czech Republic, including compliance with the technical and safety standards applicable in the Czech Republic and the European Union. The contractor is also responsible for coordinating with state authorities throughout the project process, including during the construction phase and any necessary administrative procedures.
