Cleaning and Reception Services for a Primary School

This public procurement contract is for cleaning and reception services at a primary school. The contract is issued in accordance with Section 56 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. on Public Procurement. The scope of services includes: • Continuous cleaning and disinfection of toilets, all sanitary facilities, floors, and polishing mirrors. Daily cleaning and disinfection of door handles, emptying trash bins with replacement of plastic bags, and cleaning bins as needed. Replenishing all hygiene supplies. • Cleaning and disinfection of showers and locker rooms. • Emptying trash bins throughout the building, including sorting waste, cleaning sinks, bins, polishing mirrors, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping. Scheduled cleaning of doors. • Cleaning of all offices and cabinets. • Scheduled machine cleaning of hallways leading to gyms and the gyms themselves. • Daily cleaning of the elevator cabin and touch points, daily mopping of the entire staircase from the top floor down, and scheduled cleaning of handrails. • Scheduled machine cleaning of hallways from the top floor down with manual cleaning of areas inaccessible to machines, regular cleaning of school entrance doors, ongoing removal of cobwebs, and scheduled cleaning of fire extinguishers, bulletin boards, and screens in hallways. • Any forgotten items (e.g., mobile phones, clothing, keys) will be placed by the contractor's staff in a designated location as instructed by the buyer. • Desks in all offices and cabinets will be wiped down if they are tidy. • Scheduled cleaning of computers and keyboards. • Scheduled cleaning of wheels on rolling chairs in offices and cabinets. • Staff must always keep the cleaning room tidy. • Reception services.
