Germany – Architectural and Engineering Services for Technical Planning

The Medical Center for Health Bad Lippspringe GmbH (MZG) is planning the energy-efficient renovation of the Martinusquelle Clinic, which includes a thermal swimming pool and sports hall. The clinic will remain fully operational throughout the renovation, with all patients present on-site. The renovation will be carried out in phases. The parts of the building affected by the renovation will be vacated during the project implementation, allowing for simultaneous renovation. In this context, an open procedure will be used to award the technical planning services (LPH 1-8). At least the services for phases 1 to 4 will be awarded. Further phases may be commissioned in the following stages: - Stage 1: Phases 1 - 4 (initial commissioning), - Stage 2: Phases 5 - 7, - Stage 3: Phase 8. The contractor has no entitlement to the commissioning of further services or stages (in whole or in part). No additional fee claims can be made from the staged commissioning. The technical planning services according to § 55 HOAI 2021 (LPH 1-8) will cover the following facility groups: (a) Facility Group 410 (Wastewater, Water, and Gas Systems), (b) Facility Group 420 (Heating Supply Systems), (c) Facility Group 430 (Air Technology Systems), (d) Facility Group 470 (Use-Specific Systems (Swimming Pool Technology)), and (e) Facility Group 480 (Partial Building Automation).
