    Brief

This contract involves conducting interview-based research on the spending habits and travel behaviors of tourists, following the sampling guidelines outlined in Appendix 1.3. The fieldwork will be planned according to the resource plan in Appendix 1.4. The research will take place at designated border crossing points, as specified in the resource plan. Data collection will be conducted through face-to-face interviews with tourists. The buyer's goal is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the number of foreign tourists, their spending patterns, and related background information. The data collection will be divided into a basic sample and an optional sample, as detailed in Appendix 1.4. The conditions for the optional sample are further defined in the draft contract (Appendix 4, Section 6). The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1.1. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the execution of the procurement meets the requirements. Compliance with contract obligations will be actively monitored. One (1) supplier will be selected as the contract provider. The buyer does not commit to fixed procurement quantities. The procurement includes three (3) separate options (see more in Appendix 4, draft contract, Section 6): OPTION 1: Exceeding sampling points (see Appendix 1.4 resource plan) OPTION 2: New sampling point OPTION 3: QR code card to be obtained by the supplier.
