Romania – Parts for Pumps and Liquid Elevators – Spare Parts for Wastewater Pumps

This procurement opportunity is for the purchase of spare parts necessary for the repair of wastewater injection pumps used in gas extraction structures. The need for this purchase arises from the requirement to manage the variable amounts of water found in natural gas deposits. To alleviate the additional hydrostatic pressure on the reservoir, it is essential to foam the reservoir water. One method of removing water involves introducing a liquid foaming agent and an anti-foaming agent into the wells. This process prevents flooding of the wells and ensures regular and complete fluid evacuation, thereby increasing natural gas production. Supplying these products will extend the operational lifespan of wells that exploit depleted gas fields, where the reservoir energy is insufficient to bring water to the surface. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information in accordance with Article 173 of Law No. 99/2017. Requests for clarification can be made up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting entity will respond to these requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Clarification requests must be submitted through SICAP.
