Contract for Renovation Advisory Services in Waasland, Belgium

Woonwijzer Waasland has been appointed by the Flemish Government as the Energy House for seven municipalities in the Waasland region. Energy Houses are responsible for assisting residents with inquiries related to energy, energy savings, renovations, and available grants and loans. This support includes providing information, establishing housing and energy information points in the municipalities, offering the Flemish 'Mijn VerbouwLening' (My Renovation Loan), and delivering home renovation advice. As part of the reform of funding for home renovation advice under 'Mijn VerbouwBegeleiding' (My Renovation Guidance), the Flemish Government has determined that this funding will now be managed entirely through the Energy House, rather than directly through Fluvius to all contractors as in the past. To enhance the capacity for renovation guidance for private individuals in Waasland, Woonwijzer Waasland seeks to appoint an external party.
