Moving Services for Heritage Collection in Rotterdam

The purpose of this procurement is to select a supplier for moving services related to the heritage collection of the Central Library in Rotterdam. The main task involves relocating the collection from the Central Library to the City Archive. Additionally, there is an optional service for moving part of the collection back from the City Archive to the Central Library, which the contracting authority may request. The contract will commence upon signing and will conclude once all moving services have been completed. The estimated value for the move to temporary storage is €120,000, excluding VAT, and this is also the maximum budget. Bids exceeding this amount will be disqualified. The contract is not divided into lots, and suppliers must bid for the entire project. Any adjustments to the scope of services due to changes in the heritage collection will be discussed between the contracting authority and the supplier.
