Cleaning Services for Laboratory and Office Spaces

This contract opportunity involves providing cleaning services for laboratory, office, and social spaces at the Świętokrzyski Laboratory Campus of the Main Office of Measures in Kielce, Poland, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the external areas surrounding the buildings and caring for green spaces from 2025 to 2027. The contract is divided into three parts: 1) Part I - maintenance and care of green areas (lawns and flower beds) located at the Świętokrzyski Laboratory Campus; 2) Part II - external and internal window cleaning, as well as cleaning the roofs and facades made of coated metal in the buildings; 3) Part III - cleaning of office, laboratory, and social spaces within the buildings. Detailed descriptions of the contract requirements for all parts are included in Attachment 1 to the Terms of Reference. Additional documents include a list of areas to be cleaned, usage instructions for the facility, and maintenance guidelines.
