X-ray Photoelectron Spectrometer Supply

This contract involves the supply of an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) system. The delivery must include a complete spectrometric system with all necessary peripherals, including an electronic, vacuum, pumping, and cooling system, a data control station, and software for operating the spectrometer. The software should allow for the setup of measurement methods, data collection, and evaluation, all within a single program without the need to switch between different applications. At least three additional free licenses for offline data processing are required. The software must also include a manufacturer-guaranteed and regularly updated database of high-resolution XPS data for elements, their bonding, and valence states, with the capability for interactive work with this data.
