Germany – Medicines – Medicines containing the active ingredients Glecaprevir and Pibrentasvir (ATC: J05AP57)

This publication is about entering into non-exclusive discount contracts according to § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V in conjunction with § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active ingredients Glecaprevir and Pibrentasvir (ATC: J05AP57) as part of an "open-house model". Under uniform contract conditions and a standardized access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or groups of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to enter into or join a discount contract according to § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V in conjunction with § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredients or medicines. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the specified contact address. A prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has completely filled out and signed the requested participation documents.
