Supervision Services for Construction Works in Vaslui County

This contract involves providing supervision services for the technical execution of a project aimed at improving the safety conditions of the Solești permanent accumulation on the Vaslui River in Vaslui County, Romania. The selected supervisor and site managers will oversee the project from the approval of the technical execution plan through to the completion of the works and the warranty period, until the final acceptance report is signed. The supervision will ensure that the investment is implemented and completed within budget and on schedule, adhering to financing conditions and legal quality requirements. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the bid submission deadline, and the contracting authority will respond to these requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. The procurement procedure is subject to a suspensive clause, meaning that the contract will only be finalized if the necessary budget credits are allocated. If budget credits are not allocated within six months of the procedure report approval or the resolution of any appeals, the procurement procedure will be automatically canceled. Suppliers understand that the contracting authority is not liable for any damages resulting from the cancellation of the procedure. By participating, suppliers accept these special conditions and assume full responsibility for any potential damages.
